Postponement - Secret Diary of a Mackerel - 4th July 2009

The Forum team have postponed the 'Secret Diary of a Mackerel' until a later date to be confirmed due to insufficient booking numbers.  Apologies to those who had already booked for the event. If you would have liked to attend but were unable because of the timing, please get in touch with the Forum team so we can gauge interest for a later date. 

On Saturday 4th July the Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum will be hosting an event entitled 'Secret Diary of a Mackerel' which will comprise talks looking at some of the different activities which have impacts on the marine environment and what is being done to minimise these impacts, followed by a Q&A session. Presentations will include talks by The Green Blue, Countryside Council for Wales, Milford Haven Port Authority, Neptune’s Army of Rubbish Cleaners, Pembrokeshire Marine Code Officer, Welsh Federation of Fishermen’s Associations and Pembrokeshire Marine Special Area of Conservation officer. The event is to be held at the Merlin Theatre, Pembrokeshire College, Haverfordwest.

 

This is a great opportunity to find out more and flyers and invitations to the event will be sent out shortly.  Coffee and registration will be from 9.30 a.m. onwards with the event starting at 10.00 a.m. The event will finish at approx 1pm and a light lunch is included after the event.  The event is free, but booking is recommended.  To reserve a place, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
