DESCRIPTION:Keep Wales Tidy are searching for volunteers across Wales to help get our beaches and coastline looking spick and span in the run up to the summer months with a dedicated week of coastal action this spring. \nThe fourth annual Clean Coast Week\, sponsored by McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd\, takes place from 23 April –1 May 2016. Keep Wales Tidy\, along with McDonald’s restaurant staff\, community groups\, schools and businesses will take part in clean-up events across the country as part of the week of action. \nClean Coast Week 2016 follows the success of previous campaigns\, also sponsored by McDonald’s\, when over 325 registered events took place across the Welsh coast\, with nearly 8\,000 people getting involved in collecting more than 6\,700 bags of rubbish. \nOn the 21st April\, head to Newgale to get involved. \n

SUMMARY:Wildlife Sightings Event and Photography Competition 2016
DESCRIPTION:Pembrokeshire Wildlife Sightings Event’ photographic competition is now open to the public. Winners of the competition will be announced at the event held on the evening of 3rd February 2016\,  6.30pm-10.00pm at the Merlin Theatre\, Haverfordwest. \nThe event inspires local naturalists and photographers to share stories and images celebrating the diverse and special wildlife of Pembrokeshire both on land and under water. This year promises to be an exciting event with:- \n\nAnnie Haycock providing an insight into the Bats of Pembrokeshire\nMatthew Tebbutt tempting us with his talk about the Gwaun Valley\nBob Haycock delighting us with choughs caught on camera\nJulian Cremona will get us to consider marine insects\nDavid Jones and Dave Kennard will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Neptune’s Army Rubbish Cleaners.\n\nClick here to book your tickets via Eventbrite  or call Jodie McGregor on 01646 405694.
