Keep Wales Tidy are searching for volunteers across Wales to help get our beaches and coastline looking spick and span in the run up to the summer months with a dedicated week of coastal action this spring.

The fourth annual Clean Coast Week, sponsored by McDonald’s Restaurants Ltd, takes place from 23 April –1 May 2016. Keep Wales Tidy, along with McDonald’s restaurant staff, community groups, schools and businesses will take part in clean-up events across the country as part of the week of action.

Clean Coast Week 2016 follows the success of previous campaigns, also sponsored by McDonald’s, when over 325 registered events took place across the Welsh coast, with nearly 8,000 people getting involved in collecting more than 6,700 bags of rubbish.
