Pembrokeshire will be celebrating EU Sustainable Energy Week this month.

The Week – June 15th to June 19th – aims to encourage and showcase  sustainable energy projects across the European Union.

To mark the week, Pembrokeshire County Council and partners have organised a series of events highlighting the diversity of energy developments in the county.

All the events are open to the public and most are free but they do need to be booked in advance.

Friday 19th June 10am-3pm Newport and Cilgwyn Renewable Energy walking tour

Join a walking tour covering different technologies and buildings and lifestyles.

The tour covers wind, solar X2, hydro, heat pumps, passive house, off grid and on, low impact self-build, ancient building renovation, electric car clubs etc.  We will stop for tea/coffee and cake and there will be a cost of £10 per person. Start location will be confirmed on signing up.
