This event is aimed at activity operators and tourism organisations, providing useful and interesting information.
An event to:
• Discover the awesome industrial heritage of Pembrokeshire’s coastal landscapes
• Find out more about Pembrokeshire’s archaeological past
• Realise the connection between Pembrokeshire’s rich geology and historical extraction which defines the landscape of today
• Understand the amazing coastal creatures that utilise our ‘built environment’ to their advantage
• Explore best practice and codes of conduct to help minimise disturbance
• Highlight the Marine Code App, as a tool to identify and report wildlife sightings
An exciting line up of speakers, experts in their field, have been organised for the event, highlighting the archaeology and geology of our coastline, plus the coastal creatures found on our ‘built’ environment.
A morning of inspirational talks from our speakers.
A separate afternoon event to investigate a coastal site will be arranged if Covid-19 regulations allow (this will be advertised separately).
