A familiar face with a wealth of business experience is taking over the helm at Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum (PCF). We are pleased to announce Jetske Germing as the new Managing Director, building on the momentum of her roles as Business Development Manager, and a stint as the acting joint CEO.

As a community interest company, PCF works collaboratively for sustainable communities and coasts, connecting people to the low carbon and nature-based solutions designed to enrich their future.

Jetske brings extensive experience within the Welsh sustainability sector. She sits on a range of Welsh marine policy groups, and over the last fifteen years has worked across a number of areas, including stakeholder engagement and community development, open government initiatives to improve public policy on a range of topics, such as renewable energy, sustainable development goals, social prescribing and sustainable tourism. She is particularly proud to have served on the Stakeholder Reference Group which helped steer the Well-being Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.  

Speaking about her appointment, Jetske said:
