Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum and Coed Lleol hosted a workshop event yesterday for outdoor providers in Pembrokeshire. The providers came together, as part of the Pembrokeshire Outdoor Health Project, to exchange experiences and best practice on delivering social prescribing activities in the outdoors.
It was a chance to discuss what has been achieved so far and how to improve the planning and running of outdoor sessions for wellbeing in the future. The afternoon was a chance to spend some time with Leanne Bird Wellbeing and Buzzard Chris Bushcraft in some breathing and woodcarving activities.
