Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum’s Wildlife Photo competition is a celebration of the amazing wildlife to be spotted in our county.
Previous winners have ranged from shots achieved through patience and technical ability, to images that capture the magic of chance encounters with wildlife. This year was no exception in showcasing the awesome range of wildlife that we share our coastline with. Entries ranged from featuring the smallest insect to the iconic birds and mammals of the Pembrokeshire Coastline!
A big thank you for all the wonderful entries and to our judging panel who volunteered their time and knowledge to make the prize winning decisions.
The overall open category winner, Toni Henwood, captured a Common Dolphin ‘Making a Splash’, which wowed the judges with the incredible timing and clarity of image.
We are always in awe of the incredible wildlife that calls our shores home and are grateful we can all do our part in keeping it safe by following the Pembrokeshire Marine Code:
We encourage everyone to follow the Pembrokeshire Marine Code principles when observing wildlife.
