Pembrokeshire will be celebrating EU Sustainable Energy Week this month.

The Week – June 15th to June 19th – aims to encourage and showcase  sustainable energy projects across the European Union.

To mark the week, Pembrokeshire County Council and partners have organised a series of events highlighting the diversity of energy developments in the county.

All the events are open to the public and most are free but they do need to be booked in advance.

Wednesday 17th June 2pm – 4pm Marine Energy Community Information Session –  Pater Hall, Pembroke Dock

Representatives from Marine Energy Pembrokeshire and Tidal Energy Limited (TEL) will be available talk to people about tidal and wave energy plans and projects in and around the waters of Pembroekshire, and TEL will talk in detail about their specific project Deltastream .

At 4pm there will be a visit to the TEL Deltastream device located in Port of Pembroke.
