Partnership Working
Through partnership, PCF knows that we can deliver a better and connected way of working. True collaboration takes time, requires considerable ongoing effort and is challenging when balancing a wide range of needs.
All PCF projects are based on ‘Partnership Working’ through effective, timely and relevant stakeholder engagement. Our asset is our unrivalled extensive network of cross-cutting contacts. We identify the right organisations and the right individuals to find solutions to coastal issues and opportunities. We work hard to build trust between different stakeholders; a key ingredient to our success. PCF ensures that our partnerships have an appropriate framework for operation, clear objectives, a realistic plan and timescales on delivery with a measure on success. We manage innovative projects which are viewed as best practice nationally.
PCF is committed to the management of our projects, maintaining commitment, involvement and engagement of our partners. Ultimately, we believe in getting things done through action!
